Februarification has taken on in some parts of the world, see Julian Barnes in The New Yorker, ‘Fabulous Februarity’. The Guardian coined februhaha, hence the dance band. Dating its emergence has proven difficult, with Febists and 29ers making counterclaims. When the meme ‘Fuck Februarity!’ went viral David Crystal started a file: ‘Februation Lexemania’.
